We use a portable KM65 Key Mill for cutting keyways on shafts, in-situ and other small milling applications. The KM65 has a unique V-base which is self-centering and self-aligning on the shaft. The KM65 only requires 38mm of stub shaft for clamping. We can cut keyways on shafts from as small as 6mm right up to 35mm. It is driven by a 220V electronic speed controlled motor.
