Our FXB630, SX2872, AX1445 and Climax FF20 Flange Facing machines are designed to machine flange faces from 153mm to 1829mm in diameter at any location having a suitable air supply (not less than 7bar, 140 cfm).
With the FXB630, AX1445 and the SX2872 machines, we can achieve a variety of surface finishes when turning and when polishing lens ring seats. We can also produce a 'gramophone' finish, cut 'O'-ring grooves, vertical grooves, 'V'-grooves and lens ring seats.
Our AXL012 Flange Facing and Grooving machines are designed to machine full face, raised face and grooved flanges up to 305mm in diameter, at any location having a suitable air supply (not less than 7bar, 140 cfm) or 220V power supply. We can achieve a variety of surface finishes when
turning and when polishing, and can also produce a 'gramophone'-finish, 'O'-ring grooves, vertical grooves, 'V'-grooves and lens ring faces.
